Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every cab booked with Swiftvoyage Cabs LLP ("we", "us") through swiftvoyagecabs.in, phone or WhatsApp. By booking, you agree to them.

Our service

We provide chauffeur-driven AC cabs for these trips:

• Pune ⇄ Mumbai one way: Tolls included, except the Atal Setu toll. Direct trip to Mumbai city or Mumbai Airport, with a 30-minute refreshment break. Rerouting and extra stops are not permitted.
• Pune ⇄ Mumbai same-day round trip: Tolls included, except the Atal Setu toll. Same day, 6 AM to 11 PM, up to 375 km. Multiple stops allowed.
• Pune Airport transfer: Tolls included. Between your address in Pune or PCMC and Pune Airport. Up to 30 minutes of free waiting.

Cars: Sedan (Hyundai Aura or Swift Dzire, 4 seats); SUV (Toyota Rumion or Maruti Ertiga, 6 seats); SUV Premium (Toyota Innova Crysta, 6 seats). We assign a car of the class you booked.

Fares

• Pune ⇄ Mumbai one way: Sedan ₹2,750, SUV ₹3,500, SUV Premium ₹5,500
• Pune ⇄ Mumbai same-day round trip: Sedan ₹5,500, SUV ₹7,000, SUV Premium ₹9,000
• Pune Airport transfer: Sedan ₹1,100, SUV ₹1,600, SUV Premium ₹2,200

Fares include tolls except where the trip conditions above say otherwise. The fare shown when you book is the fare you pay for that trip.

Payment, extra charges and cancellation

• Pay 50% online (UPI, card or netbanking) to confirm; the balance is paid after the trip.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged 80% of the fare.
• Parking is extra at actuals.
• Night driving between 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM is charged ₹200/hour.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Full cancellation and refund rules are in our cancellation and refund policy.

Your responsibilities

• Give a correct name, mobile number and pickup and drop details, and be at the pickup point on time.
• Don't carry more passengers or luggage than the car's seats and boot allow, or anything illegal or dangerous.
• Smoking, drinking alcohol and damaging the car are not allowed. Damage caused by passengers is charged at actual repair cost.

Delays

We plan pickups to be on time. Traffic, weather, road closures and other events outside our control can cause delays, and we are not responsible for missed flights, trains or appointments caused by them. Please allow enough time for your journey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking.

Governing law and contact
