How do I confirm a booking?
Pick a car, tap Book, enter your name and phone number and pay the 50% advance online by UPI, card or netbanking. Your booking is confirmed straight away, and we send your driver's details on WhatsApp before pickup. The rest is paid at the end of the trip.
When do I get the driver's details?
Driver name, phone number and car registration are sent to you on WhatsApp before your pickup.
What is not included in the fare?
All fares include tolls, except the Atal Setu toll. Parking is paid at actuals. Night driving between 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM adds ₹200/hour.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Up to 30 minutes are included. Share your flight number and we plan the pickup around it. Extra waiting is charged by the hour.
What if my plans change?
Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 80% of the fare.
Is the Pune–Mumbai one-way fare the same for the city and the airport?
Yes. The one-way fare covers a direct trip to Mumbai city or Mumbai Airport, with tolls and a 30-minute refreshment break included. Rerouting and extra stops aren't allowed on one-way trips. If you need several stops, book a round trip (6 AM to 11 PM, up to 375 km, multiple stops allowed).
