Privacy policy

This policy explains what Swiftvoyage Cabs LLP collects when you book a cab on swiftvoyagecabs.in, why, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number.
• Trip details: pickup and drop addresses or airport terminal, flight number if you give one, date, time, car and fare.
• Payment reference numbers from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Anything you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and the website itself sets no cookies.

Why we use it

• To confirm, run and support your booking, and to send you driver details.
• To take payment and process refunds.
• To issue invoices and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, our payment partner, to process your payment. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the payment window.
• The driver and car operator assigned to your trip: your name, mobile number and pickup and drop details only.
• Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and delete the rest when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing contact@swiftvoyagecabs.in. We may need to keep payment records the law requires.
